		<description>I&#039;m not sure I understand the analogy. Are you saying BP is the kid stealing it? My point is that we all use oil, and that&#039;s a very reasonable thing to do. To drive a car is to ask for oil for it, and to ask for oil for it is to ask companies to drill for oil, and to ask companies to drill for oil in more dangerous areas is to increase the risk of a spill. It seems to me that this is a community problem.... rather than BP&#039;s.</description>

Isn&#039;t your logic the same as blameing the owner of a car for allowing a kid to steal it, for not having it locked?
