Damn call centers

Dial a HumanI used to work at a call center. By the time I left, I’d worked out how to run it better than they could, so maybe I’ll write a book on it someday (of course my system has never been tested so nobody knows if it actually works). Anyway, one of the biggest complaints was the automated system - press 1 for this, press 2 for that, press 3 to punch a manager in the face with anger.
