Slowly, yes. I could easily switch to all-American spelling and grammar now.. and that's a dilemma for me because I realise as time goes on that I probably should switch. We have an international readership of course, so it would make sense for me to be posting from America using American spelling and for Stephen to be posting from the UK using British. It would also make a statement, perhaps, since the old media to this day continues to be into patronising 'localism'. American TV shows are imported to the UK and the narration is redubbed in a London accent - why? Are people not smart enough to accept it as an American show?
