When I first saw this story I missed the bit about the retention of female reproductive organs and I was having all sorts of visions of how a birth would go. Would he have to blow it out of his arse? Maybe one day he'll think he really needs to crap and SPLOOSH the baby lands in the toilet, giving a whole new meaning to "water birth." Alas, Thomas is still Tracy so the birth should be fairly normal. S. Ouch indeed.
