Liam:

Sorry I missed this comment, for some reason it wasn't sent to my email. Anyhow - Tracy is packing a vagina as far as I know and a full set of internal female reproductive organs.

She used her own eggs and the sperm of a donor to get pregnant.

Hi Stephen,

It's getting late and I'm in the midst of the pub experiment I described to John the other week (also, I just can't be arsed to research this story at the mo), so bear with me.

What exactly is Thomas/Tracy (hereafter TT) carrying around where his/her legs meet? Do his/her 'reproductive organs' relate purely to the external or does it cover one's inner bits too?

And if TT is packing tackle how did he/she become pregant in the first place? And more importantly, by whom?

If I was his wife/husband I'd have questions to ask. :-)

Ouch indeed. When I first saw this story I missed the bit about the retention of female reproductive organs and I was having all sorts of visions of how a birth would go. Would he have to blow it out of his arse? Maybe one day he'll think he really needs to crap and SPLOOSH the baby lands in the toilet, giving a whole new meaning to "water birth." Alas, Thomas is still Tracy so the birth should be fairly normal.

"When a man with a penis gives birth then maybe there’s a bigger issue."

There certainly is. Ouch.

Yes love this story; I think you nailed it when you said that "if Tracy really wanted to be a 'proper' man she would have got rid of her reproductive organs." I sympathise with people who feel trapped inside another body. But this Tracy doesn't appear to want to be a real man, so I don't know what to think.
