Some reports of Blair taking the opportunity of the Clinton Global Initiative to say with “brutal honesty”: “My thinking has changed in the past three or four years,” on Kyoto, and: “No country is going to cut its growth,” and once Kyoto runs its limit: “They’re not going to start negotiating another treaty like Kyoto.”

This is huge. This is great. I don’t know yet how this will pan out, but I want to keep you in the loop here - THIS IS BIG.

Blair may have seen the light.
