An opinion article in today’s Telegraph is a short but introductory insight to the Other Argument - ie, the growing number of scientists and other professionals who think that leftist environmentalism, ‘climate control’ (who really thinks we can control climate?) and the global warming theory is far from fact, and, more to the point, that the political arguments they conclude from these ideas may well be a crock of wet willocks. The arguments being, of course, that we should all stop driving cars, that we should buy energy-efficient everything, that we should cycle and get buses etc. and that SUVs were bred in hell.

Well check out The Skeptical Environmentalist, which was published 2 years ago and caused a bit of tension among proponents of this voodoo-science; AND a newer publication called Adapt or Die, edited by Kednra Okonski… check it at www.adaptordie.info - an excellent resource with 3000 footnotes to show the Green Brigade and their political counterparts that, sadly for them, there is another side to their disaster story. The editor is Director of Sustainable Development for International Policy Network in London.
